Briefly, I operate and teach BODY-MIND DIYer mechanics..tricks-n-tips..biohacks of a special caliber.  These are integrated across an unusually effective and broad spectrum and oriented--experientially and structurally--to enable you to configure for yourself just that which might best translate into your desired biological or biographical nexts. Sessions are not intended to be retaken, or not often..not like yoga classes.  They are experiential, different, packed and filled with resources for your personal structuring.  Thus, for some, expert attention--in their areas of correctives or dream construction--should be sought elsewhere.  I address you if you are competent and a do it yourselfer and not accustomed to an assist in this area.  Who is?  Our categories of experts do not fit us all that well, I suggest...and when we are not being our societally designated experts, we muddle along, piecing things together, generalists, most of the time, no?
